From sample collection to results in your hands — here is what to expect.
Your blood or specimen is drawn at the lab draw center and sent to our CLIA-certified processing laboratory. You will receive a confirmation email that your sample is being processed.
The laboratory runs your requested tests using the same equipment and procedures used for hospital and physician orders. Most standard tests (CBC, CMP, lipid panels, thyroid panels, etc.) are completed within 1–3 business days.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your results are available. Click the link in the email or log in to your Cash Price Labs account to view your results in the secure patient portal.
All results are reviewed by a licensed physician. If any critical or abnormal values are detected, our medical team will reach out to you directly. We always recommend sharing your results with your personal healthcare provider for follow-up care.
Your results are available through your secure Cash Price Labs account. If you created an account at checkout, you can log in at any time to view your current and past results.
Each result report includes your test values, the reference ranges, and flags for any values outside the normal range. You can download a PDF copy for your records or to share with your healthcare provider.
If you checked out as a guest, your results will be delivered to the email address you provided at checkout. You can also create an account at any time to access your full order history.
All results are encrypted and accessible only through your authenticated account. Your health data is protected by industry-standard security.

Your actual measured results for each biomarker or analyte included in your order, reported in standard medical units.
The normal expected range for each test. Values within range are typically considered normal; values outside may warrant further discussion with your doctor.
Any values outside the reference range are clearly flagged as High or Low so you and your provider can quickly identify areas that may need attention.
